Deposit / Final payment

There are no deposits. All payments are due the day of the session. (Cash, Paypal, or E-Transfer)

Late arrival Policy

I provide a 15 minute late grace period ONLY if it’s communicated. I understand things happen, kids, trains delayed, etc…

If a client fails to communicate after 15 minutes, the appointment will be terminated. To reschedule, 20 $ non-refundable deposit will be required. Which will go towards your final payment.

Rescheduling

The client wants to reschedule their photo session 3 days prior to a scheduled photo session, the deposit fee will be credited towards the rescheduled session. Depending on the weather, The session can be rescheduled on the client’s day of choice.

Cancellation & Retainer

Clients need to cancel their scheduled photo session within 48 hours’ notice. The deposit will be refunded
